The Towers And Ritz Carlton At Elizabeth Quay

We’ve been incredibly honoured to work with Probuild over the past 2 years, covering the progress of The Towers and Ritz Carlton at Elizabeth Quay, the $500 million centrepiece of Perth’s most prestigious waterside precinct.

The works under this design and construct contract involve the development of a Ritz Carlton hotel tower as well as a separate residential apartment tower, which sits over a common podium and basement car parking.

The six-star Ritz Carlton hotel will include 205 state-of-the-art hotel rooms, including the Ritz Carlton suite at level 24. The hotel component also includes a number of high-quality communal facilities and event spaces that will contribute to the vibrancy of the Elizabeth Quay precinct.

A total of 379 residential apartments are proposed across both sites (inclusive of 38 affordable dwellings), comprising 120 one-bedroom, 172 two-bedroom, 82 three-bedroom and five four-bedroom homes, ensuring a diversity of price points for prospective buyers.

We’ve been capturing the progress of the project with a combination of time-lapse photography, as well as on-site photography and filming. We’re looking forward to combining all of these elements at the end of the project to create something special to showcase the incredible work by Probuild and everyone involved.
